Order, Delivery & Return Information
Placing an order and payment
Please note that as of now we accepts only advance payment and there is no cash on delivery.
All the payment transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Payment (including taxes) for our products will be made in advance through our payment gateway. The product will be delivered to you only if the payment is successfully received/payment transaction is successfully closed. We will not be responsible for any payment issues arising out of a transaction, decline in transaction for any reason.
Order Cancellation
1) Cancellation can be done within 48 hours of placing your order by calling at our customer care number(s) +91-9772668814/ +91-8505011176 and the entire amount will be refunded to you.
2) We will not be able to cancel orders those have been processed by us.
3) We reserve the right to cancel order due to wrong/insufficient address, non serviceable locations and errors in products or price or promotion information or in case the product is in huge demand and goes out of stock.
Tracking your order
At the time you place your order, an order/tracking number will be generated which will be sent to our partner via an email or mobile number registered with us . You can use this number for future reference for tracking your order. Also, the details of logistic provider who would be shipping your product will be sent to you.
Delivery policy
1) The product will be delivered to you in 10 or more business days depending on the size of order, only if the payment is successfully and confirmation is received.
2) Once your order is successfully placed you will receive an intimation confirming the same from us along with the order details.
3) The product is delivered on all business days from Monday to Saturday except National holidays and Sundays.
4) The courier charges in addition to invoice amount will be added for shipping the product to the address provided.
5) If the product is not delivered due to wrong address the order shall stand cancelled and the courier charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the user.
6) If the person at whose address the courier is sent is not able to collect the product due to some reason, the product would be available with our courier partner for 5 days and if the user fails to collect the product from our courier partner then after the 5th day the order shall stand cancelled. And the courier charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the user.
7) We would not be responsible for any delay/loss of shipment that would happen from the side of courier company as this is beyond our control. In case of loss of shipment a new product will be sent to you without any charge.
8) If the shipment is getting delayed due to unavoidable circumstances we will inform our partner about the estimated time of delivery.
Return policy
The products will be returned only in case of manufacturing defect/damaged merchandise and should be couriered back to us within three days of delivery date. Once we receive the returned product, the new replacement product will be shipped to your address. In case the returned product is not available in the stock we will refund your entire amount.
Steps to be followed for the product to be returned:
1) The user calls our customer care number(s) +91-9772668814/+91-8505011176 or mails us at info@ecrafthut.com and confirms the manufacturing defect.
2) We send an email/call the user back asking him/her to dispatch the product at the address provided to the user there and then.
3) The products should be packed neatly in its original packing with all the original tags intact and the invoice received. Please ensure the product is unwashed, unused and in original condition failing which the product would not be returned.
4) The user ships the product to be returned through a courier.
Note: In case we don’t receive the product within 10 business days of delivery date, your return request shall stand cancelled.
Cash refund for returned product / order cancellation
The refund will be processed in less than 7 working days. The funds may be transferred to your account through internet banking or Cheque or DD. It may take a few more days for the cheque to be delivered at your billing address and the money to be credited to your account once you deposit the cheque. For internet banking you will be required to send your account number with IFSC code through an email at info@ecrafthut.com
The users who have made the payment through credit card/debit card, the amount will be refunded and reflected in their account through the same mode of debit/credit card statement.
